The Selling Process.
When you list your home with me, I'll help you through every step of the selling process.

Determining the asking price of your property. I'll prepare a Comparative Market Analysis containing information about the listing and selling of other homes in your neighborhood to help determine the market value of your home. |

Preparing your home for sale. There are relatively inexpensive improvements you can make to your home that will greatly enhance its appeal to potential buyers and increase the return on investment for you home. There are other expensive improvements that will do neither. I'll help you determine which improvements will provide the best results for you. |

Marketing your home. I'll develop and use an Action Plan containing a variety of marketing strategies to present your home to the largest number of potential qualified buyers. |

Showing your home. I'll pre-screen interested, qualified buyers and schedule showings of your home at times that are convenient to you and your family. |

Initial negotiations. Once a qualified potential buyer makes a proposal, I'll evaluate that proposal based on your marketing position.
